I have the 4 seats on one side and it works for us because either it’s our kids in the chairs, who are ornery tweens and don’t want to converse, or our adult guests, and I’m on the other side cooking. So if I were you I’d try to figure out how I’d use the space. But ultimately, the space tends to dictate more than the owner. ❤️
