What if your cumulative GPA is significantly better due to community college? Even though medians are based on cumulative GPA, I’m worried somehow my degree GPA will be used against me 🙁

This is so good to know. As a non traditional student, my first try at college really weighs stuff down, but my current grades are great. I was one of those folks who was going through a tough time already and should’ve addressed that before going off to college.

How much do you pay attention to the trajectory of someone’s grades? I didn’t do amazing my first couple semesters, not bad by any means but I got almost straight A’s from sophomore spring onwards

Great information, thank you! Could you provide some information on how duel degrees factor in, not double majors, rather someone who earned two separate degrees during the same period. Is there any consideration given, should it be addressed in the essay?

This is very helpful. I did running start in high school while raising a baby on my own, GPA struggled. Went back to school in my late 30s and GPa much better.
