It's only for very special spells for me. Ones that need a little extra oomph. It's not to be played around with. I have to dry mine after using a menstrual cup (makes it look like glitter), it's a long process. Your period is your life-giving essence, your feminine power, your suffering, your sacrifice, and your labor, and it binds things to you, you can't just throw it in any spell. I ask Lilith to bless mine.
