Remo’s Pasta & Tiramisu Bar Melbourne CBD Remo Nicolini (the guy behind A25) has just opened a new spot in the CBD dedicated entirely to pasta and tiramisu and honestly, what a duo. It’s walk in only, open Mon to Sat from 11:30 to 3, and absolutely packed by 12pm for a reason. It’s casual, it’s quick, it’s vibey and it’s pumping out seriously good pasta at very reasonable prices. Portions are huge, the staff are super friendly, and you can eat in or takeaway. Here’s what we tried: 🍝 Spaghetti Cacio e Pepe: super cheesy, rich, perfectly peppery and only $15?? 🍅 Gnocchi Pomodoro: gnocchi was actual perfection, soft and pillowy, but sauce could’ve had more depth 🍖 Rigatoni Ragù: the standout, super rich sauce, tender meat, pasta cooked to a perfect al dente 🥩 Polpette: great flavour but a little on the salty side 🧄 Garlic Bread: made from pane cafone, crunchy outside, fluffy inside, 10/10 🌰 Pistachio Tiramisu: sweet, creamy, with a beautiful pistachio flavour ☕️ Classic Tiramisu: not too sweet, light and creamy, just how it should be The whole vibe is exactly what you want for a quick city lunch. Generous portions, buzzing atmosphere, and everything coming out fast and fresh. If you work in the CBD, this is one to hit up on your break.
