Why is it that cops just can't resist the temptation to either INVENT, CREATE, FABRICATE, MANUFACTURE or escalate any situation into a crime (when none exists) or their feelings or egoes get hurt or bruised. This cop is trigger happy.

No, the officer should be tried convicted for more than manslaughter and should be doing jail time. He had no right to pull his gun out. He had no right to fire that weather. And I think the county and the state give at least $40 million to that victim. The kid that was shot.
