The ferry isn’t free between Asiatique and Icon Siam. I live around the area and go there often, it costs around 8-10 baht per person each way. I’ve been charged both fares and can’t say whether or not it correlates with weekend prices or time of day but people should be aware especially with the Chinese lantern festival thing they’re supposed to be doing starting on Sunday at Icon Siam.
