To Whom It May Concern, There was a time when this bank’s reputation stood tall. However, today, the reality does not align with that reputation. Unfortunately, over the past two years, our experience has not shown progress — not even a single step forward. Rather, what we’ve witnessed feels like two steps backward. This is not a baseless allegation, but a reflection of real, repeated experiences. Internally, there is a noticeable shift where references and decisions are made based on personal networks rather than merit — a “bottom to top” approach that undermines professionalism. Corporate thinking, the drive for excellence, and genuine commitment to Islamic banking services appear to be severely lacking. We urge leadership and management to pause, reflect, and take accountability. There is still time to change course — to rebuild trust, reinvigorate vision, and reclaim the values that once defined this institution. Please evaluate yourselves honestly and work toward a future that is better, inclusive, and purpose-driven.
