I know each state is different but can somebody tell me what the requirement is when you step out of a vehicle to show that you have not smoked because obviously blowing in a blower isn't going to detect that so what do most states do in these situations I know about Washington but...¿

so my question is, what's do you if your being attacked and tapered? I'm not saying he was innocent but I will say as a man he protected his self at all cost. that was his choice. But being he was actually guilty of smoking zah in the car, he could have just accepted that and maned up....but he probably wasn't able to possess a pew pew, and he ain't want to go down for that...he should have just drove off and tossed it before it went this far...just my thoughts.

I had a department training were instead of accusing of smoking weed we bring them out do a pat down and walk them back to the car and put them in cuff to "show" them something on the computer
