@rosefarmm: This happened to me, totally gaslit. From day 1, I wondered why the office was so cold and manipulative. I was so good at my work, but still got fired only after 7 weeks . The manager had only met me twice and the toxicity coming out of her and she forced me to resign on the spot. Cold, callous and cruel! No new person stands a chance there, it’s really sad.

you could always start responding in code syntax. that is still a language but they may not speak it. this is what I am going to do. start writing my own code again and speaking code language. if you do not understand them too bad.
