The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office said it has launched an internal investigation into the circumstances surrounding an incident that may have occurred in February, but was shown in a video posted to social media early Sunday morning. In the video, JSO officers can be seen breaking a car window, hitting a man in his face, and pulling him out of his car following a trattic stop that the agency says is represented to have taken place on Feb. 19. "We are aware of a video circulating on social media showing a traffic stop represented to be from February 19, 2025," JSO said.
