@ashaeileen: This is a general routine. obviously it will change based on her needs and if she needs extra care then I will do everything I can. if she just needs a quick groom and hosed off then that's what we do. after a long ride I would rather play it safe and do all the extras so that way she is feeling her best. This was after a 10 mile ride and I enjoy pampering her so I'm going to do it. we normally go on one long ride once a week to every two weeks (10 mile trail ride) and the other days we are working on other things or just hanging out.
