@johndipz14: Last May 10, 2025, we rushed our Lola to the hospital, where the doctors diagnosed her with pneumonia. After a few days, she was discharged, but our worries were far from over. Soon after, we rushed her back to the hospital due to severe pain in her shoulder that made it impossible for her to sleep. On June 7, 2025, we received devastating news: she had pancreatic cancer, adrenal malignancy, lung cancer, and bone metastasis. The doctors informed us that her survival chances were very low because her condition was in a late stage. As a family, we fought together to save her, holding on to the hope of a miracle from God. So, I prayed for her healing, and God answered. 🙏😭 On July 7, she took her last breath. It was a heartbreaking moment. The pain she endured was immense, and it was equally painful for us to witness her struggle. Now, she rests peacefully in God’s merciful arms, free from pain and suffering, and free to breathe eternally. We love you, Lola. You will forever remain in our hearts. ❤️🙏

Cheeseburger salad bowl Ingredients: 250g 5% mince meat 2 large potaotes - salt & pepper / 1 tbsp garlic granules / 1 tbsp chicken seasoning 1 onion & tsp sugar 1/2 ice burg lettuce & tomatoes (plus whatever salad you fancy) 1 tbsp garlic granules 2 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp chicken seasoning @aldiuk 1 tbsp tomato purée 100ml water 3 slices cheddar @aldiuk Burger sauce: 1/2 cup mayo, 2 tsbp ketchup, 2 tsp chopped gherkins, 2 tsp of gherkin pickle juice, 1 tsp garlic granules, 1 tsp mustard 1 tbsp crispy onions Sprinkle of fresh parsley Method: - Add the cubed potatoes to the airfryer and drizzle in oil, add the seasoning and shake until coated. Cook on 185 for 20 minutes. - Chop the onion into small slices, add to an oiled pan, and leave to soften and brown on a medium heat, sprinkle the dash of sugar and pop a lid slightly on, leave to caramelise for 15 minutes on a low heat. - Add the mince to an oiled pan and break apart until small, brown and add in the tomato puree, and water, along with seasoning. Stir until combined and leave to simmer for 10 minutes. Add the cheese slices on and pop a lid over for a couple of minutes until melted. - Plate up the salad and top with the crispy potatoes, add the cheesy beef on top and the caramelised onions, top with burger sauce, crispy onion and parsley to finish. #DinnerIdeas #dinnerinspo #mealideas #mealinspo
