I had a lady yell at me because I would not help her reach something on the top shelf. I’m 6 foot one and I don’t mind helping people. But she assumed that I work there and was really rude to me. I didn’t work there.

If we could truly have at least ONE perge day in customer service, I swear it would be worth it to work in it. I can't handle to public anymore. I can't stand the company i work for either. DG is the WORST company to work for on this earth to me.

I get employees to do what I want ALL THE TIME- the secret? I wait until they're free for a moment, smile & say excuse me - I need some help with x thing- will you please help me? my tone is polite and friendly- and if they say just a moment- I wait patiently. works literally everytime.

If I’m doing shopping for online orders I help if it’s quick but if it’s a timed order we get in trouble if they go over due so usually I call someone else. I had someone want me to grab her another cart and bring her already full cart up to the front. Girl please. She ended up putting half of it back because she over grabs for the benefits she gets

I've had SOOOOO many customers ask my 17 year old cashier to do a refund or an exchange and when she says I gotta get my manager they always what why can't you do it. she said ma'am I can't even open my register without a manager 😂 she tried to radio me and it wasn't going through and she called me on her cell phone and they yelled at her for being on her phone..... after the customer left she cried in my arms. I said darling you did everything right. she just had a stick up her a$$$$$$
