When the instructions says to boil water it’s just to have sterile water , it says to boil water then let cool and then add formula

Do you know what temp it gets down to when you add the room temp/cooler water? We have to thicken my daughters feeds and it has to be 100-120° for it to work, but I LOVE this idea esp bc we use Kendamil too! But trying to figure out if we’ll have to wait longer for temp to come down.
