my team consists of 4 people + associate director so they are def getting a thank you letter - but what about the vp? i’ve had one 1:1 with him but that’s abt the only time i’ve met with him since he’s shown up to our bi weekly team mtgs maybe 2 times so far

I’m kinda confused 😭. My team has about 20 people, and there are smaller teams within that. Technically, I’m on someone’s team, but I haven’t really worked with them except during the first week. My desk is with them, so I sit with them and chat daily, though. I mostly helped the IT team and worked on their projects, but I felt more like outside help not like we were working together as a team. My manager is super sweet, so I’m definitely going to write her, but I’m not sure what to say. I joined team-building activities and talked with a lot of people, but I never went on a coffee chat and didn’t have a mentor. Kinda feels like I didn’t do as much as I could’ve 😞. The internship ends August 15.
