Canyonlands is definitely underrated. Also, the biggest shock to us was the free range cattle in Utah makes driving very difficult be cautious, especially at night.

People come for the national parks but miss so many gems in surrounding areas. Kanab, escalante, scenic byway highway 12, Goblin valley, Lake Powell, Natural Bridges… I have a whole Google Map just for Utah visitors
