Jackie, I want you to know that I don't really just watch you on tic tock for your recipes. I watch you mostly for your character and how you shine and bring so much joy to others without even knowing it. it's just every simple thing you do, like you will be telling something at the stove , then you will give this quick little smile ( as if you are reminding yourself to remember to smile lol) I always crack up laughing when you do that. you are just so real all the time making us all feel like we actually know you personally. You bring so much joy to my life just by listening to you talk and of course at the same time I learn your recipes. But, this is the main reason I always watch all your recipes . it's only because of your personality not the recipes. but, I do love all your recipes. Your personality is what makes you stand out among the rest! I pray for you every day . for God to keep his hand on you and keep blocking you for all the light 🕯️you bring to others because of your LOVE 💕🤗

I don’t have a convection oven. I have an air fryer, mini oven style, not basket style, and have a gas oven. To either of these work for roasting? Thank you! Love the recipes!
