THISSS ! Every time I say I want to eventually be a medic , they try to push me to be a nurse or RPN like nooo . The scope of practice is way different and I will always choose the truck 😭!

Ive been a paramedic for 10 years, EMT for 15. Tried the nursing role, it wasnt for me either. If you have your mind set on it then do it! Plus theres more than enough money/OT. Main thing is keeping your mental health good. Good luck!

we already have way too many people in the medical field who are AWFUL at their jobs bc they’re in it for the money & not in it to truly help so it’s amazing to see people go into it for the right reasons !!!

the caption!!! so facts. im going into my 2/4 year of nursing and the amount of people i’ve met who just get good grades but don’t work their butts off bc it’s something they actually want is so upsetting. they’re not in it bc they want the profession itself and they’re mostly terrible people with no empathy
