I’ve also heard moms on call can decrease supply, especially with the introduction of a formula bottle here and there. Do you think that could have also contributed ?

Yes! I had a great supply then around 3 mo started having a decrease when I had a cyst burst. Dr put me back on metformin and was it was likely a due to pcos!

PCOS affected my supply terribly. I never got more than 2 ounces per pump and had no choice but to supplement.

I have PCOS with insulin resistance and also had gestational diabetes while pregnant. Didn’t know that it could impact my milk supply until it was too late! But now I know for the future

I have PCOS and my LC has me on Ovasitol 6000 daily (split in two doses) and Goats Rue twice daily. Both help with insulin resistance which is what can impact milk supply. I have a one month old and I have had a slight oversupply. Could be luck, could be the supplements but worth looking into!
