They specialize in a seafood course centered around king crab. Their menu consists of 12 creative dishes, ranging from cocktails cooled with liquid nitrogen and served like popcorn to dishes where seaweed is poured with water to evoke the scent of the sea, including crab dishes. This course is curated by a chef with experience from Michelin 3-star restaurants in both the UK and Spain. Until May 5th, there's also a unique exhibition where fish float in the sky.
