I had a 50 day cycle after my chemical with multiple attempts to ovulate. It was so frustrating. Now I’m ovulating on cycle day 21. It takes some time. ♥️

I’d highly reccomend getting something like inito or Mira if you can afford it! Transparently the pricing for the strips is a lot more than the cheapies obvi but you use less strips as the system learns your cycle. It has saved me so much frustration around my cycle! I was getting so drained from the constant tracking but Inito has been so helpful for my mental health

It’s the inositol!!!! I assure you! It delays ovulation. I have huge issue with it even tho it helps my insulin resistance

Lifting and light cardio has helped regulate my cycles sooo much! It’s so good for hormone regulating! I pretty much ovulate the same day every month now, before I was ovulating MAYBE every 4-5 months

I ovulated late after my loss, but i was very VERY fertile when i finally did, even without getting a period. Like EWCM pouring out 😂 if my husband and I weren't still healing, I'm almost sure that would've been the cycle !

I struggled with this so bad while TTC with my second! It took just over 12 months to concieve him.. ovulating on CD 30 or just not at all sometimes!!

I tested every day for 2 months after my loss just to see what my hormones were doing and that second month they were all over the place they finally are starting to go back to normal 4 months later
