That is for school-age children, and parks are designed to help children navigate risk assessment and gross motor skills. They’ll be fine, some bumps and bruises are a normal part of childhood.

Fully agree!! In my town not only did they build a death trap playground, they put it right in the foul ball zone of the baseball diamond 🙄

it's actually necessary for there to be some danger in order for kids to learn. these drops will hurt, but won't seriously injure a child
