Wow you look amazing 👏 👏👏 I am 49, just...I gained a stone and a half and felt that this was how it was from now on in the perimenopause 🥺 However 10 weeks ago I shifted that mindset, I started intermittent fasting, cut out sugar and cardio exercises 2 - 3 time's a week. I've since dropped 10lbs and still losing it, slowly but surely getting there. I feel great and got my motivation back! I feel confident and much more balanced. Here's to turning 50 😉😊
