That’s because they put it on holding account so they can draw all that interest and that to lock up your money. All these banks are doing that that’s why I keep just a minimal amount of money in my account.

I used to work at a check encoding center...there are protocols in place to keep this from happening...its more human error than computer error.

Reg E gives banks 10 days to investigate before provisional credit has to be given. This shouldn’t take that long. Clearly the banks error and they should give him his money bank immediately.
