People blaming the mechanic. But the operator is the one that is supposed to inspect his machine every morning. The mechanic cant fix it if he doesn't know its broken.

Those were worn out last service, other operators working nearby could have noticed them as well. Blame who you want. Look at what the machine does, stuff wears out. A problem that keeps our lights on at home!
