@nancyherbsandwellness: Is your chicory plant overgrown? Please don’t let the leaves go to waste 🌿 Here’s a simple video showing you how to harvest them. You can use the leaves fresh for tea or dry them for later use. Chicory leaves are rich in antioxidants, support digestion, cleanse the liver, reduce inflammation, and act as a natural prebiotic. They also support healthy weight loss and gut health. Save this for later or share it with a friend who needs to see it 💚 #Harvest #Herb #herbgarden #chicory #harvesting #harvesttime #NancyHerbsAndWellness #GrowYourOwn #Homegrown #HarvestTips
