HERE’S A TIP IF THE PRESSURE IS STILL CAUSING BRUISING: Buy a pool noodle and cut 2 pieces about the length of the ends of the Hotwave. Cut the noodle pieces down the side now so they slip onto your ends. Viola, zero painful pressure on your forearms. Source: Me going too hard and bruising my forearms. Pin this, help others.
