EASY MISO RAMEN 🍜 probably the easiest + tastiest noodle soup recipe I’ve made for a while. it’s all done in 30 minutes, and makes for the perfect midweek meal. to make your broth, simply chuck your ingredients into a saucepan, add coconut milk + hot vegetable stock. season, whisk & simmer. for your toppings, it’s simply tofu + tender stem seasoned then seared. to serve, it’s noodles, broth, toppings + garnish👨🏻‍🍳 ad | luckily, you’ll also have the chance to try it yourself at Novotel Hotels around the world. this noodle soup is part of my plant-forward collection that will be appearing across hotels globally for the rest of 2026 - our mission part is to put more plants on peoples’ plates 🌱 as always, let me know if you give it a go (at home or at a hotel) AND keep an eye out… we’ve got more recipes from the collection coming soon 👀 #ramen #noodlesoup #EasyRecipes #feedyourfeedbetter #novotelhotels
