There was an open primary, Joe and Harris had such a strong hold and the other candidates thought Joe WAS going to run, so they all dropped out before campaigning… but the Dem party tricked their own knowing Joe was going to drip out and slide in Harris who placed dead last in 2019.. Harris dropped out in 2019 before even campaigning. The Dem party tricked their own, so to have a DEI as a puppet so Soros could pull the strings.
