Here is where my life begins coming to Bavaria for the summer to help Aunt Helga with her now booming bakery business. She needed help and my parents had the bright idea to volunteer my services since they had enough help now that my younger siblings were old enough to finally help tend to the family farm this summer. Aunt Helga is now the official dessert caterer for the royal family’s events at the castle. Having to work my first event there, everyone warned me in advance about Prince Darwin. He barely leaves his room in the west wing, and when he does the staff tries to steer clear due to his cold, dark mysterious demeanor. It makes everyone uncomfortable. They say he pushed everyone away when his mother Queen Helena mysteriously died. I did everything I could to prepare myself and make sure I made ZERO mistakes, and most importantly stay far away from the west wing…but nothing could have prepared me for our first encounter….
