If it’s a private street and the residents call about you the security guard has every right to engage you. There are lot of private street in Washington DC that the public don’t have access to. If it is a public street then security guard is at fault. My guess if there is a security guards patrolling the neighborhood it’s more likely is a private street.

They say security is power tripping. Security guard did her job asking questions. The lady didn’t answer questions and “tried to educate.” After explaining and pleading for answers for the neighborhood she let it go because “she doesn’t need to answer questions. Security guard went back to her truck. The lady then got out her car to harass the security guard.

It actually IS illegal to park and sleep in your car. If a cop passed you they would have made you move. She should have just called the cop.
