Stop scrolling if you want to walk into senior year holding all the leverage in your career. ⬇️ During my senior year, everywhere I touched turned to gold. I had multiple top-tier job offers on the table, and it wasn't a matter of if I’d get hired—it was strictly a matter of where I wanted to go. I don't say that to flex. I say it because if you execute on these three things, you will have total leverage over your career and the exact life you want to build: 1. Stacking Real-World Experience: If you walk into senior year with 3 solid summer internships on your resume, nobody can argue with what’s on paper. You automatically carry more field reps than 99% of your peers. Even if you feel like you don't know anything yet, hit the career fairs early, join the CM student clubs, get uncomfortable, and get on site. 2. Being a Genuinely Likable Person: This is the unwritten rule of the entire business world. If you bring high energy, real drive, and authentic passion for what you do, it will carry you further than any GPA or test score ever could. GCs hire people they actually want to spend 50 hours a week with on a jobsite. 3. Going Out and Doing Something Unique: Companies love hiring D1 athletes—not just for their resume, but because it proves grit, discipline, and drive. You don't have to play a college sport, but you need to go start something, lead an organization, or push your limits outside of class. Show them you have real initiative beyond getting good grades. Build real experience, bring unmatched energy, and do things that make you stand out. The leverage will follow. Comment GROWTH below and I’ll send you the full senior year prep playbook straight to your DMs! 💬 #constructionmanagement #projectengineer #seniorfall #careerfair #joboffers
