Thank you!! I have psoriasis on my scalp and also have really oily hair and have Lupus AND am allergic to steroid treatments so I’ve had to stay far away from dry shampoos and my hair gets so oily when I’m really sick. I will try this!! Thank you so much!!!

I also have scalp psoriasis, my family doctor wants me to use a cream on my flared areas. Which makes me look like a greaser. I try to use OTC psoriasis shampoos as well but so far no dice. What else do you use?
