@allnutritionkitchen: Day 5 of my Simple Summer Snacks Series: Rosemary Roasted Cashews! here's how to make them: Ingredients: -1 cup raw cashews -1/2 tbsp avocado or olive oil -1 tsp dried rosemary, finely chopped -1/2 tsp salt -1-2 tsp honey Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking tray with tin foil or a silicone baking mat. In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients together until the cashews are well coated. Spread the cashews out evenly on the baking tray and roast for 10-15 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. Keep your eyes on the cashews to make sure they don’t burn! Let them sit for ~10 minutes before enjoying! Store them in an airtight container in the fridge for an easy and delicious savoury snack.
