It is an important part of your healing though. So many of us feel self-blame. When I had my own kids I looked at them and realized how easy it would have been to love me correctly….this made my mind shift to it not being any fault of mine and all the fault was placed where it belonged.

Really my parents blame me for everything when something breaks or even something gets messy in the house they don’t even care about who it was im just their blaming target it’s even worse than just blame.. 😕 but hey? At least when I have a son or daughter I’ll do everything EVERYTHING in my power to make sure they have a good childhood and if that means.. not letting my father and mother in their life I’ll do it.. cause I have no kids rn and I still love them.. and want to protect them.. Your a very good mother by the way and your daughter is very lucky to have you 🥰🥰🥰🩷🩷🩷

I love my parents so much. I’ve grown and forgiven them. They’ve apologized…great things! But I still sometimes sit and think….how could they??? I don’t understand how it was so easy for them also. They were so unbothered by what they would do/say 😔 and surprisingly enough my grandmother was basically mother goose and believe every child was a gift from God, so it’s not like she taught my mom this behavior!
