If it’s your store, you should have proof the person that’s working behind the counter. Should know you if you are the owner.

I work at a 7-11 and if someone walked in holding a lighter and a piece of a cigarette and was claiming to be the owner I’d laugh in their face tbh. If you own a 7-11 you’d typically see a certain level of professionalism. Not saying a store owner couldn’t smoke but they wouldn’t be walking around the store looking like this.
