typical police mentality: assume everyone they target is a criminal which justifies treating non-criminals who have never encountered police and do not know what to expect or how to act like they are the threat. When the reality of the situation is that they are literally the aggressors: grabbing, yanking, shouting, cursing....with the expectation that YOU be calm.
