Nursing got worse after Covid. The pts are sicker, admin is still the same, and we’re expected to do more work. Not to mention the charge nurse got a year of experience🙄

This!!! Is what’s wrong with the nursing world. Most did it for the money. The quality of patient care is declining drastically in my area.

They think they can look cute in scrubs until they realize it’s a hard job. Sweating in places that ain’t lady like, not eating during your shift, maybe only going to that bathroom once, getting blamed for everything, everyone yelling at you the entire shift , and you leave dead ass tired
