@kyfitjourney: This one pan baked chicken and potato dish is the perfect weeknight dinner✨it comes together so easily, with a lemon pepper style marinade you can’t go wrong 🤤 full recipe ⬇️ FULL RECIPE: (Serves 3): For The Marinade: 2tbsp Butter,Melted 1tbsp olive oil 3-4 garlic cloves, minced Coriander, finely chopped 2tsp smoked paprika Salt & Pepper Juice of 1/2 Lemon 1tsp lemon zest Other ingredients: 6 chicken legs or thighs 200g baby potatoes, halved Tenderstem broccoli 3-4 tbsp Chicken stock 1. Preheat oven to 200°C fan. 2. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl. 3. Add chicken and potatoes to a baking dish. Pour over marinade and coat well. 4. Add chicken stock. Cover with foil baking paper and bake for 25 mins. 5. Remove foil, baste chicken, and bake uncovered for 15 mins. 6.
