We do not pay for chores. They need to learn responsibilities and it’s also their home. They are taken care of and have what they need (& mostly what they want).

Let her her to at least 18 months old, please. I have 2 female Great Danes, I know it sucks but do not spay her too early. They need that extra time to grow.

I’ve always expected my kids to keep their bedrooms and bathrooms clean, with no reward. But have paid money for chores like laundry, dishes, trash, etc. everyone has their own list of chores to do daily. Then we have a family meeting and rotate about every 3-4 months. I now only have 1 left in the home to help with chores, as one moved out and the other is heading off to trade school and it worked pretty well for us!

In our house the kiddos help clean up dinner, making their beds, and keeping their rooms picked up and (somewhat) organized!! We typically reward with activities!

I think kids need to learn responsibly, putting up their clothes. picking up and taking out trash, clean counter tops in the bathroom, load dishwasher, as far as rewards go maybe a few bucks but they have to save a percentage of it.

My kids pick up their toys, help with indoor chores (pick up trash, dishes, etc.) and feed the dogs. They’re 3 & 6. They get $5 at the end of the week or they can choose to get a snow cone or happy meal!

i think if u ask them to do something they shouldn’t get paid but if they were wanting something and asked if they could do anything around the house then maybe a couple bucks wouldn’t hurt

Empty garbage cans, make bed(even if it looks terrible at first), put away pj’s (dirty or drawer) pick up all toys before you leave the house. 🏠. They learn time management really fast when they want to go somewhere.

Sometimes hermit crabs k*ll the other one or eats the other one especially if one’s bigger they try to dominate the smaller crab so it missing could be one of those I’ve had it happen a few times to the point I had to have separate cages
