I have taken NMN on and off for 2 yrs. I come on and off due to cash really as i take other vitamins and it does get expensive. But when i stop this i do notice. When i start it again it does make a difference pretty quick for me. I have decided now to let go of other supplements and this be my main. I have a great diet so i probably don’t need the others anyway.
