In all fairness, the brown edges stayed inside the pans you’re raving about whereas with the Wiltons, the brown edges stayed on the cake - and yeah, they stick to the Wilton because you ruined it by running it in the dishwasher. I’ve had mine forever, wash by hand and the cake never sticks because my pans are still like new.

I’ve tried these and they’ve taken a bit longer to bake for me and I’ve also had uneven cooked cakes, the only ones I currently keep in those are the 4”, anything bigger that’s what happens to me 😭

I love the stainless steal pans for this exact reason! I noticed how they didn’t brown or over cooked the edges and been a go to ever since.

if you have the Wilson's pans and have a problem with the sides being brown, you can use baking strips

This is so helpful. I would have bought stainless steel if I could have found them but Wilton was pretty much all the was available.

I like you so I will follow…I have been binging your videos. I love CakesbyMK too. Beginner baker here still learning, i used the aluminium pans and it was difficult to get them out. I cant find these pans in your must haves. I live in the UK by the way
