I do a lot of running like long runs 12 or 10 miles running 4x a week lifting Tuesday 30 min cardio Wednesday 5mile running/ lift Thursday lift 3 mile run Friday 5mile run / lift Saturday core strength and 3 mile run u think eating around 2000 + is good? I never trained like this before but I been training for half marathon so things changed
