Inositol cannot raise low AMH or rebuild lost egg quantity. AMH reflects your ovarian reserve (the number of eggs remaining), which does not increase with inositol. Inositol does not correct high FSH. Some reproductive specialists caution that because inositol can reduce androgens, taking it if you have low ovarian reserve, premature ovarian aging, or low testosterone/hypo-androgenism may actually be counterproductive for egg quality.

Question on this! I’ve seen a few research articles that say that myo-inositol can actually further diminish ovarian function (not reserve) and wouldn’t be good if you don’t have PCOS! Did you also have insulin resistance? Or just the low AMH?

I was referred to a fertility dr, and I made an appt. For a consultation. 2 day after I scheduled it I got a positive test naturally. I called and called lol so crazy! They told me it happens a lot!
