I find it easier screwing the cill to the bottom of the window and fitting as one unit, any reason why you do it different?

Good work, however I do see 1 small thing wrong. When it didn’t fit and you started whacking the brick above you never covered the fresh sill put in which could’ve had some material fall on it and damage it.
