I mean, it looks clean at least. So as long as they are refunding you the difference in cost (at a minimum)! Or refunding you in full if you decide to do elsewhere.

Not even if it was free. You need to put this hotel on blast… I work in hospitality, and I have to tell you, that is ridiculous. They should’ve walked you to a different hotel with the same room type.

It’s just for sleeping … a room is better than no room and they should comp it for free! So I would take the free room and make ir work! If it’s not free they can walk you to another hotel and pay for it
