why some of the comments mean💀 gaining weight is healthy during pregnancy. Where do you think the baby gets its nutrients? Also the mother is creating a person, that's going to take a lot of energy, which means more food.

I was 105 pre pregnancy and was 158 when I gave birth. Immediately lost 30 lbs and I've been at 125 since then. I'm almost 4 months postpartum. I haven't bothered to try and lose anything since I'm bf/ pumping. Our bodies will hold onto the fat storage while bf. Every body is different. I, honestly, love my body more now than I did before!

I don’t mean to brag but.. I gained 100lbs with my son and my husband was still able to pick me up easily. I went from 175 to 270 something.. still being picked up😏🫶🏼

Are you having a boy? Because I swear in my baby classes everyone having a boy had significant weight gain (no tea or shame) and all the ones carrying girls looked like themselves but with a big beer belly almost lol I had a girl and people kept telling me how small I was, even up to a week before I had her 💀

I gained 25kg and I was panicking lol. But got back to pre pregnancy weight in four months, it just kinda dropped off without me even thinking about it. so much for the weight is baby/placenta etc and water weight/bloating!

I only gained 12 kg during My pregnancy, but I wasnt bloated at all, never had big feet or anything like that, a Lot of women gain a lot of water weight that goes away after baby is born. she looks so pretty before and after 🤗
