During a certain point with that job, I used to sit in the parking lot for over an hour before heading inside, or take a 2 hour lunch, and/or leave an hour early. 😭

Uhmmm so you’re not on time until you’re clocked in. They don’t care if you park at 9am, they care about what time you sign in to work. If you park at 9am and you don’t go inside the building until 910 and you clock in five minutes later, they’re gonna have grounds to terminate you because you’re not clocking in on time, and when you’re fired you have a really hard time with unemployment because you were the cause of your termination. So keep that in mind. It’s okay to park early- I routinely do - just make sure you’re clocking in on time.
