So I watched the other videos. The check is not fraudulent. The account holder had a cashiers drafted to give to this guy for the sale of a car that he didn't own. i'm assuming that this didn't become a crime until he attempted to cash the check. So the officer saying it's a fraudulent check is not correct. He committed fraud by selling a car that wasn't his and I guess the moment he attempted to cash the check it completed the fraud transaction in the eyes of the law and at that moment the crime was committed. So I'm assuming if he had ripped up the check or never cashed it then under the law, he technically would not have committed fraud.

The check was legit not fraudulent. Navy federal approved him for an auto loan in which a private party check was drafted and made payable to Him:Cody

What’s happening is they got a loan for a car using a fake vin number. Then they take the check and cash it and take the money to do other things with it. This is what him500 was pushing. It’s bank fraud.

this happened in 2023. he was charged with uttering a forged check. In legal terms, "uttering a forged check" means to knowingly offer, pass, or use a forged or altered check as if it were genuine, with the intent to defraud or injure another person or entity). states attorney office declined to prosecute.the case was dropped and the charge was dismissed.

this is a very interesting case and I've been trying to follow it though it's really hard to do on tick tock but here is an example of what can happen Capital One gives me a blank check to go buy a car now in that case I have to have the documentation of what I'm buying but it's still a check and it may take some time to clear but because it was a used truck from CarMax they were easily going to just accept it if something went wrong I assume they just repo the truck what this guy and his friend are doing though it might look shady and heck it might even be shady I don't think that's for the police to say that actually should be up to the bank or whoever ends up being defrauded speculating you're going to be defrauded is almost like saying I think I have almost been robbed or I could have robbed that bank because I thought about it I mean come on those cops suck at their job
