so I bought 2 hermit crabs about 2 weeks ago, they are in a glass tank now and have food and water, the water is conditioned, one of them is in a natural shell and the other isn’t , I have 2 natural shells in there but she wont go into it? is there any reason for that?

You mentioned you don’t prefer front opening tanks for hermit crabs. Just curious why before I invest in one as a main tank. Its lower section is 7 inches so I can have appropriate substrate.
